其实，在类似事件出现之际，不仅消费者意见不一，商家的处理方式也不大一样。有的商家发现失误之后会恳请消费者撤单并给予一定补偿，如此次的豆瓣；也有商家选择了自行承担损失，比如2025年的支付宝；当然还有商家选择起诉，请求法院撤销合同。一旦闹到法庭上，法院几乎肯定会支持商家的撤销权。
