Looking at some of the analog areas which are less dense than the digital, it’s obvious that the device is made on a planarized process with three aluminum metal layers. The three metal layers show up as a light straw color, a darker brown, and another light straw color although it is easy to disambiguate metal 1 and 3 by depth of focus at high magnifications.
